Return & Refund Policy

At Zouq Mart, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us so we can assist you.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received a different product from the one you ordered.

  • Your order is incomplete or missing an item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused or in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items should be available.

  • The customer may be required to provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, incorrect use, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after receiving the product, the return may be subject to approval and the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the available payment method and circumstances of the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Damaged Products

Customers are encouraged to check the package at the time of delivery, where possible. If a product appears damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or a video of the package and product.

How to Request a Return

Please contact Zouq Mart through our available contact channels and provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video of the product, if applicable

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Zouq Mart reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
